Take part in the tea party on the TAIGA degree of the iral.

The place is part of the story progression in this level. So you can not miss it. Basically, you have to sit down, play with the guitar after a while and wait for the iral to sleep. It all takes about 8-10 minutes. At the table you can drink a cup of tea.
