Everybody understands Xur, he provides the players with new weapons and armor, exotic and mythical ones. To purchase weapons & armor from him you need Legendary Fragments, which you may purchase in Farms. Xur will be there from Friday that the 31th of May till Tuesday, then it will disappear.
