The original English build allows you to install widescreen fixes for all modern widescreen monitors. If the mouse does not work in Vice City, you can install the mouse fix for Windows 7, 8 and 10 on the original license.
The versatility of factory building is that the does not need to look where to the game or original files if there is a conflict modifications, fixes, plugins and libraries. For this version, there is a global sylertratch, which corrects many bugs and makes the gameplay more comfortable.
Also on the original you can install a limiter FPS and enjoy the smoothness of the picture at a stable 60 frames. You can enhance the classic Adventure by using the save-anywhere script and the swimming and climbing mods, which allow the protagonist to stop being afraid of water (drowning and consequently dying) and climb walls.
