You will find Jonesy near the basketball court in the base of the first slop on the leftside. You will find Jonesy near the rooftops halfway up the next slop on the left (uses the impulse to make it to the roof).
You locate the final Jonesy in the very beginning of the track on the back of this truck in the alley.
